How does Naretev Health work?
Naretev Health is a Discount Health Care Program designed for veterans and their families. Members have access to medical experts, doctors, therapists and other professionals who assist them with nexus letters, medical opinions and related health services. As a member of Naretev, one can enjoy the benefits of the Discount Health Care Program services offered to assist veterans.
Throughout the years, Naretev has assisted veterans with nexus letters regarding many forms of disabilities and conditions, such as:
- Back conditions
- Knee pain
- Elbow pain
- Neck conditions
- Hip impairments
- Various forms of cancer
- Blood disorders
- Renal conditions
- Survivor benefits
How much does it cost?
A medical opinion/nexus letter costs a one-time fee of $2500. The opinion/nexus letter will include a 1 on 1 meeting with the evaluating doctor, a comprehensive narrative report, a range of motion test, a mental health assessment, no hidden fees or extra charges, a signed report by 2 or 3 doctors and an assessment from a VA accredited attorney.

What services do you offer?
Naretev Health covers a variety of Discount Health Care Program services. We offer ongoing training, information and education to assist veterans and their families. In addition, through the network of This American Doc, members can obtain medical assistance through primary care and urgent care visits to prescription refills, mental health treatments, therapy, and beyond.
Disclosures: Naretev is a Discount Health Care Program. The discount medical, and health benefits (The Plan) are NOT insurance, a health insurance policy, a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan or a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act. The Plan provides discounts for certain medical services, offered by providers who have agreed to participate in the Plan.
The range of discounts for medical, services offered under The Plan will vary depending on the type of provider and services received. The Plan does not make and is prohibited from making members’ payments to providers for services received under The Plan. The Plan member is required and obligated to pay for all discounted prescription drugs and services received under The Plan, but will receive a discount on certain identified medical services from providers in The Plan. The Plan will make available before purchase and upon request, a list of program providers and the providers’ city, state and specialty, located in the member’s service area. Naretev does not guarantee the quality of the services or products offered by individual providers. The fees for The Plan are specified in the membership agreement. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel your membership within 30 days of the effective date, you will receive a full refund of all periodic charges, if any. If program contains a processing fee, the processing fee is non-refundable except in AR, MD and TN. To cancel you must, verbally or in writing, notify Naretev at the phone number or address above. We will stop collecting membership fees in a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 30 days after cancellation. Any complaints should be directed to Naretev at the address or phone number above. Upon receipt of the complaint, member will receive confirmation of receipt within 5 business days. After investigation of the complaint, Naretev will provide member with the results and a proposed resolution no later than 30 days after receipt of the complaint.
Note to DE, IL, LA, ND, NE, NH, OH, RI, SD, TX, and WV consumers: The Plan is not insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00.
